    Um, no it's the same dog. They obviously had to shave her face to do the operation, duh!

    She's actually a lot happier now. Her eyes got so sore she wouldn't eat or anything and wouldn't let the vet treat them. Now she eats loads and enjoys going for walks and stuff again. She's adapted really well in just a couple of months.

    Would you not just put her down, kindest thing to do to the poor animal.

    Yep, definately different dogs in the two different pictures.

    One of them is white. And the other one is light brown and a bit of white.

    It's stupid to compare a human to a dog. Vets just see cash, he made a lot more money by subjecting the poor animal to an operation then putting it to sleep.

    I never got why putting dogs down is suggested as soon as anything other than a minor medical issue arises.

    Maybe we could start doing it with old people too, would save the country a sh*t load of money!

    Glad your dog is doing well and still able to have a decent quality of life - which is the most important thing.

    Ah the poor doggie. Going to be hard to look after her for a long time OP. Seems like a drastic course of action taken by the vet, but sure what do I know.

    The dog in the second picture also has a brown head. Not in the first picture.

    Are sure it wasnt you hadn't had your eyes removed OP.

    0. Cause it's a different dog and you can't see its eyes as it has its head down at an angle
