best artist for a small tattoo?

Hi just looking for recommendations for an artist that can do a small tattoo well? Some places ive asked have said they wouldn't feel confident in doing it well.

Ive attached a photo of wat size im sort of looking for. But the one I want will have a couple of other things too.

If you want something that small, with more detail than the one in the picture, you'll have a hard time of it. The smaller it is, the less detail you can put in.

Could try Snakebite, Colourworks, Hydraulix, Zulu or Skin City. All good places.

Tbh you may have to go bigger as over time the tattoo can blur and so it may end up looking like black smudges.

Not really wanting more details on tge pieces themselves just other characters (bigger ones) on the wrist too.

Yup, if you get the tattoo this size, your awesome bird silhouettes will be awesome blobs in a year.
