Condensor gone in 3yr Bosch w/d

Hi, I have a 3yr old washer dryer a Bosch Exxcel WVD245S3GB/01. Keep getting F17 on dry cycle only. Checked trouble shooting guide and did all the valve checks etc but no issue with water inlet. Fairly handy myself but no experience in this area so I was just wondering if it's difficult to do these checks yourself and if it is should I go with a Bosch repair guy or just try google for someone in North Dublin?

the most likely problem is the solenoid valve coil for the drying cycle is gone faulty, you would need a multimeter to check it if you have the ability to do so.
