    (I tried the video and it's working for me using Chrome Beta)

    What browser are you using?

    Have you tried it in IE, Firefox or Chrome?

    Also (this has happened to me), if you're using earphones make sure they're plugged in to the audio out jack!

    firefox no headphones i can hear rte player for example

    Now the volume was quite low when it played.

    When you click on the speaker icon, then mixer, it should show levels for each program. Is Firefox up?

    firefox was muted in mixer thanks.
