Need to source a plastic bracket for a cistern lever

    Hi folks,

Hoping someone here can help me out.
My enclosed toilet uses a CL6 (6 inch) bar for the flush lever/handle. The kind a lot of pubs use, apparently. I need to replace the plastic bracket that attaches to the end of the CL6 bar & to the linkage that then goes to the syphon. That's the only part I need. The rest of the parts are all fine (handle, bar, linkage). The catch is that the CL6 bar that I have is hexagonal (6 sided, half cm each side) rather than the more standard 4 sided (square shape). So the holes in the bracket need to be hexagonal to match the bar obviously.

Heatmerchants, Chadwicks plumbing centres , PH Ross, DPL etc only sell the handle, CL6 bar & bracket as a set costing €30. I'd rather not spend €30 on parts I don't need when all I need is the bracket from the set.

Not so easy to find on eBay either. Btw, is there an actual name for these brackets/parts?

Anyone know where/how to get one of these parts?

Or even better; anyone know how to somehow fix the part I already have? The screw that tightens the bracket is rusted & stuck & I had to break the bracket off of the CL6 bar with a footprints so one it no longer sits tight on the bar (slips around preventing flushing). Pics attached. Thanks in advance.
