Best Portrait Tattoo Artist in MIDWEST USA

    I am a disabled veteran and want to get some portrait tattoos done. I live in Indianapolis, IN and I am willing to travel anywhere in the MIDWEST. i.e. Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Missouri, Tennessee, Michigan, and ofc Indiana.
