We have a Minister for Time?!!

It seems he/she is looking for the public's input on whether we should put the clocks forward, permanently. Not forever now mind, just for 3 years to see how it goes! I say do it and leave it alone forever.... Apart from that...what does the Minister for Time do all day? :confused: What say you AH?…
