Eastern European / Transylvanian Cartoon Character.

    I have a confession...

    Something very trivial has been plaguing me...

    A girl in work has the exact same voice as a Eastern European / Transylvanian cartoon character. It's deinitely a cartoon from the mid 90's - Disney or The Land Before Time. It's quite difficult to convey sound through text but it sounds like each syllable is followed by a brief "goo" sound and is very comedic. It was definitely a cartoon.

    Anyway, dear Boards.ie, please help me. Who was the character my colleague reminds me of?

    (I really dislike her but I feel I could like her again if her voice didn't annoy me and trouble me so)
