    It's can be easily and cheaply verified - Hamas just needs to stop firing rockets for one day, and lets see what Israel does.

    I can only recommend that you open a dictionary and look for the meaning of the words "terrorism" and "Genocide".

    Well, i got here from google because i searched the picture from "final destination" movie with a fake gaza victim and i saw your discussion.
    if im allready here i will tell you this (and forgive my english):
    Im an israeli soldier, most of you are probably will not believe me but i can tell you what i saw with my own eyes.
    not from tv, internet or any other press.

    2 days ago during an incident with terrorists i saw 1 of the terrorists holding gun in 1 hand and a baby in the other hand because he knew we wont hurt innocent civilians and he kept firing (i dont know what happen to him next because he ran away..)

    we warned the civilians in the area by their TV channels (we hacked their channels for this reason) \ flyers from the sky to clear the area beacuse terrorists are hiding there. and what Hamas did? he didnt let them to leave the area! he threatened that whoever escapes help the enemy! hamas want casualties to help its propoganda.

    they fire rockets from schools, hospital and mosques on a out cities.
    they use donkeys and dogs as an explosive animals.

    i can tell you a lot of stories that i saw with my own eyes about how they "fight" and "defend" theirselves. once (before this operation began) i was at an idf ambulance that went to help in a car accident of 2 palestinians cars and all the "civilians" of the neighborhood starts to throw rocks and molotov on the ambulance while its drive fast to the area. my friend who was in the ambulance got hit by one of the stones and he was wounded in the hand (thanks god it only hit the hand when the ambulance drived fast)

    another thing,
    more than 70% of the people we have killed in this "war" are not innocent. they are terrorist and we are very sorry for the others who got in the middle. most of the palastinians are very sorry for what hamas do to them by its own reasons.

    I can keep talking but i dont know how much it will change anything...
    I wish you all peace and hope you will never have to deal with people like them.

    answer me one quastion:

    what would your country do if some terrorist fire rocket on their cities (not on idf bases... on cities! civilians!) every day? what they would do? nothing? rockets on new york or london will be fine by them?

    Israel has missile defence systems, anything that Hamas has launched has caused little to no damage. 20 Israeli's have died in recent times with 2 being civilians. Over 600 Palestinians have died with a very high majority being civilians. What's happening over there are war crimes on a huge scale.

    It doesn't really matter if you trust Memri or not - the video speaks for itself and there is no sign that it was faked or translated wrongly.

    I do find it a cause for a chuckle though, that on one hand you admonish me for using a Memri source, and with the same breath you use Guradian & UNRWA sources.

    As for the siege on Gaza - Israel left Gaza a few years back. All they got in return were increased rocket attacks, which basically justify the continuation of the blockade.
    When you go for peace, there are many steps that need to be taken on the long road to the coveted goal.
    Israel made its first step, and it was a huge one - it left Gaza and 8000 Israelis had to leave their homes.
    The next step by Hamas - they increased the rocket fire into Israel's territory.

    The proof of burden is on Hamas - if they want peace, they need to start acting like it.
    the zionist propaganda machine would be prowd of you, hamas exist because of israely aggression, they moved the settlements from gaza to the west bank, the minute they left gaza they implamented the blockade hence the increased rocket fire, you treat people like crap, pen them in an area with nothing, and you can't be surprised if the people react

    No what Hamas are doing is also wrong. But the systematic bombing of civilian residences and hospitals will not bring about peace it will only drive more people into joining Hamas.

    we didnt "wipe" nobody. we got this land by rights - by the united nations! no country was her before us and we didnt force the people who lived here to go away.
