Frame on ebay - genuine?

Hi, Could I get an opinion on whether you think this frame is genuine? It's from taiwan, is a frame replacement so doesn't come with seatpost / headset. Can't find the bike anywhere else and I love these bianchis! Thanks…

Genuine seller, I've bought stuff from them before.
But, I wouldn't be buying a branded frame from Asia, the likelihood of getting whacked by customs needs to be factored in, and if there is an issue with the frame.....

I'd make an offer as opposed to the asking price - customs as it stands would make it not worth my while!
