    Thanks G.

I've had my eye on one thing, it's saying out of stock everywhere though. Checking a few others and they are the same. Wonder will that change tomorrow.

Yeah, I've been scoping out the Fargo swing/slide set for months. €240 would be an amazing price for it but it's been sold out on all my local shops since the weekend.:(

lol, that's what I was watching aswell. If this, like the few other things I clicked on stays, "Sold Out", for the duration of this
Offer valid from 22.07.14 to 28.07.14.

they'll have done themselves alot more harm than good.

It'll cost them alot more in the long run doing this kind of sneaky (fooling no one) crap.

    We'll see...

I think some shops in Cork/Dublin have them when I searched to see if they were anywhere. It wouldn't be worth the journey for me though it's a great looking set. I've been fantasising about having a go on it myself as I'd say it would support my weight easily.

The Apatou for €80 isn't bad either though and it would be easier to set up..........

Had been looking at bouncy castles in Smyths for the last couple of weeks. Prices haven't changed at all.

Same as you, but I think I might be able to catch them out.

I reserved the same bouncy castle as you on the 4th of July and confirmed the price as 119.99 which low and behold is the same as the sale price today.

Your rights are exactly the same when you buy items or services in a sale as at any other time. If a reduction is displayed on an item, the previous price must have been valid for 28 days over the previous three months.

As long as it was full price for 28 days in June or May they would be ok

    EDIT: Sauce : http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/consumer_affairs/consumer_protection/pricing/pricing_of_goods_and_services.html

I had planned on going in yesterday but something came up. It's only a saving of €24 but it's better in my pocket than Smyths.

If you have your receipt can you return for a refund and purchase on with the 20% off then?

I just ordered the Apatou swingset, I'm gutted that the Fargo is sold out but the Apatou is just as tall, so will give as big a swing and it will be easier to store, set up and comes with free delivery. I don't think my little man will care too much and I can pick him up a slide another time.

The Fargo one is still available in shops, but not online. I just checked the Drogheda branch

Yeah it's in some shops, just not any remotely near me. I'm actually really happy with the one I bought now. I loved the look of the Fargo, my son won't give a toss and he's the one who matters.:) I can get him a slide/climber when I see one that suits him.

We got the Fargo a few years back too and still going strong. Only wear and tear on our's is where the dog eats it.

Have the baby seat for it too that's going to local charity shop in coming days. Anyone want it then PM me - its in perfect nic. I am living in Dundrum so PM me if interested and its your's to pick up.

Fantastic value for €240, if your local shop has one go for it. Though I've read that you'd want to be handy with a drill and have a pair of strong adults to set it up.

Got my Apatou set delivered yesterday. Very fast service from Smyths/An Post. Won't be setting it until next month as we still have to move house but I can't wait.
