Looks to me like the seizure started right at the start when he drops down.

You are wrong, typical action of a protester is to make themselves harder to remove by making the Guards carry them, I asked for exact time in the Video, I'm still waiting for it, that's if it's "clearly seen"

there should never be that many people around a person who is having an epileptic fit.I done first Aid and I know. there is no need for this many guards around him

So why does the woman say "hes going to have a fit in a minite" much later?

    How should I know!
Shock, couldn't see lots of possible reasons.

The only shocking aspects of this thread is the title and those who take their cue from that. The very worst thing thing cops are guilty of ( I am not a particular fan of them generally btw ) is momentary clumsiness lasting about 2 seconds. There was not a shred of brutality. The rest of the clip sees them diligently trying to help the man whilst the crowd heckles. The crowd were shocking - not the cops.

So there's no way she has a much better view of what's going on than you and he wasn't having a seizure till after they put him down?

Surely if you can be so certain about some aspects you can fill us in on the exact details of the rest.

from m experience a pre cursor to a fit can be rolling eyes, flailing arms etc. it seems obvious the person saying he is going to have a fit knows him, maybe she saw the precursors to this...
Im not for guard bashing, i know its a ****e job, but i don't think anyone can say procedures were in place... a little bang on the head is enough to kill and i think maybe if the video serves to highlight to any serving or potential guards on here (of which i know there is many) on how NOT to deal with protesters then why ho... It also looks to me like his fit started early on in, which is why if there were at least four guards (they certainly weren't short on bodies) had each limb it would have been obvious. They shouldn't have moved him until able to do so. I think that doesn't even need arguing about, however i know it is after hours so.... :)

Im not sure if you are counting very very slowly but his head is visibly dragging along the ground for at least five seconds (in shot)
I am also not sure if you are watching the same video lol one guard help the man diligently.
the rest are standing around, looking hungry

Neither of us know for sure I'm just going on what I can see. The time I saw someone having a seizure the body movements were similar all the muscles in the body tighten up and there is some flailing.

The default when someone drops to the ground should be to check if they are alright and not fallen ill. Instead they are grabbing him and drag him face down across the ground. Bad training imo.

Agreed. Must do better. But not brutality and not shocking.
Palestinians would have a different metric for those terms.

I'm not implying this guy was faking - but wow - apparently this is a thing. There are pages and pages on YouTube dedicated to it.

Don't you know there is, more than likely be a court case, yer man will be scared for life with the brutality he received, not able to sleep, flashbacks etc., he will get millions and insurance will go up another few per cent to compensate.

Your just seeing what you want to see, or just plain making things up, pretty embarrassing at this stage to be honest...

I don't think so , he was administered the anti seizure drug on the video... whatever about people faking actually medicating for faking is hardly likely....
also saying well it is much worse in actual unstable war zones around the worlds a logical fallacy. Just because someone does it worse elsewhere doesn't mean standards should aim for that.

If the guards had lifted him as per their professional training etc then this type of thing could be avoided. If they had not lifted him in the manner then none of it would have happened.

My 2 cents worth, this video show a total lack of respect for people from both sides, The Gaurds didn't manage the situation very well at all, but the protestor showed no respect by not moving off a public road, had he done this the incorrect action would never have happened, in a lot of cases these protest end up like this and sometimes the protestors do nothing to avoid it, almost trying to get a reaction from the Gaurds. But as bad as them all I feel letting your camera roll as a person lies taking a fit on the ground, with possibly fatal consequences is pretty shocking, The continued shouting and yelling during the time of his episode is sickening, a couple of people had this guys interest at heart, the rest just wanted drama. I know how this reads, and I am no way condoning the action of the Gaurds I hope they are taking to task for the way they man handled this guy and I also hope the people there have alook at how the organise a protest in the future.
