RVP is a great player and no doubt respected by the team, but if he was selected captain would some of the player who were there for longer get annoyed that they were overlooked? I think Rooney fully expects it.

Good players no doubt, but it's another thing how well they play together. I reckon if we get champions league football next year well have a great chance.

Out of curiosity how many people believe we won't be doing business for 3-4 weeks, when it was said a lot of people took it as fact, personally I don't believe it for a second I believe we will have a new signing within a week.

I think 3 more in between now an PL kickoff with about 6 or 7 going the other way ... I don't think for one second that we are finished in this window yet.
