Used to be grand in my 20s.

Recently went on a 3 day bender. Stupid f**king drinking of all sorts of sh!t non-stop with a bunch of mates. I wasn't right for about 4-5 days. I'm convinced I poisoned myself. My p!ss was bright orange for about a week and I felt like killing myself.

Never, ever drinking like that again.

It really depends on the severity of the night before for me/ what I was drinking. On average I'd say one full day and I'm normally right after that, unless it was a total bender altogether. :pac:
