3 different butchers around here all have different prices.. 15 euro to 35 which is very expensive. the middle man is 25 euro and he does a great job.the little fella you drop off is taking care of within a matter of hours. where as the other 2 fellas hold on to the lambs for upto maybe 2days as they dont have set killing days. there is no wiggle room on the price tho from my experience and i have killed 8 lambs in 1 go and tried to knock a few bob off, the answer i got is its the same price for the same amount of work in each lamb. but ask around as there will be variations in everything. then within the week u get your box of lamb.. freezer ready to enjoy.

I get charged €35 for official slaughter, cutting, bagging and labeling. Feel like I'm being ripped off with some of the prices quoted here. Maybe I'll go a different route....
