Dublin city centre hex key owner? Insurance pay out when key is broken in lock?

So yet another thing happened to my car.
A friend of mine was sitting in the car and I had just gone in to get some things when 3 €&%€& came by and one demanded the key. The €&%€& put it half way in the lock and then turned the key with such force that it broke off. I came out and talked to them and they eventually left laughing.
I am insured theft but would that cost me any as I have like a few hundred own payment or someting on it? Would they pay out at all? Would that cost me bonus years I am on 0 years at the moment.
I was hoping for anyone in the city centre area to give me a quick lend of their hex or star key in order to take the lock out of the (open) door and see can I get the key out and fixed so no one will steal from it or steal the car tonight.
