Free nationwide delivery and a frame size that suits me has me interested in this bike as an introductory road bike, just looking to see if anyone has any insight/past experience with this model or even brand?

Can be viewed at just cycles.ie,retailing at 299 euro.

If your looking for a gate, the castello is your man, if your looking for a bicycle I'm afraid your going to have to look elsewhere, rubbish.

If your near any shop that sells them then go along and simply lift the bike, then go and lift a Trek or Giant or Ridley or Specialized or Scott or any other well known bike brand and you will never ever even consider a Castello again (not even if you were offered one for free)

Explanation: They are a cheap, nasty, crude and heavy piece of crap with low end components and heavy wheels and yet they still have the nerve to ask over €300 for them. They couldn't even be considered a low end entry level bike they're that bad.

If your looking at really cheap road bikes you're better off second hand or looking at Halfords Carrera stuff which is all 10% off at the moment.
