    The whole thing makes me feel sorry for Colombia or even Chile. Can't help but feel that both teams would probably have acquitted themselves with more dignity out there than that Brazil team.

    Will these players be kept in protective custody until Saturday's 3rd place playoff? Only let out to train at a heavily secured facility etc.

    I know most will be jetting out of the country back to their clubs as soon as they can, but I'm about worried guys who play at home, especially Fred. They'd be on him like rust on a horse trough if he were to walk down the street.

    They never really looked like a solid world cup winning side, didn't think they'd crash out in this spectacular fashion.

    Can't say I feel any sympathy for a team that just ran out of luck, it can only carry you so far. Well done to Germany, what a performance.
