Rusheen ard gas heating vs oil?

Hi, Im going to move out in next few months so trying to find something good. My old house was with oil heating Ber rating D2 ,seen some houses on Rusheen Ard but with gas heating anyone know how good or bad they are compare to oil heated house? Thanks

The houses are well insulated so you wouldn't need to use the gas often, the gas used to cost me about €30 a week for a very small house. I don't think the houses have back boilers, but you should check.

Thanks for info. House is gone anyway so didnt get chance to view.So still will be looking something maybe now in Collooney.
