I wish the thread title reflected fact. She didn't perform 24 sex acts, she performed one sex act 24 times.

The people who think this girl and her family deserve the destroying they're getting are absolutely evil.

One party deserves more disgust than it's getting and thats the club. Plying kids with drink and misleading the girl into thinking she's taking part in a fun challenge for a holiday, just to get her to blow off a line up of guys so they can give her a bottle of Cava and laugh at how they got her to humiliate herself, is immoral and exploitative.

That girl did something incredibly stupid in public without thinking of the possible consequences, but she didn't kill anyone or exploit or manipulate anyone. The organiser of this sordid game did though.

I agree, but at the same time it's just my opinion that it's dishonest of people to say sucking off 24 randomers to win a holiday because the pub says she could win the holiday is "just sex" and the norm.
It's really not. I know it's not harming anyone else but there's a strong chance it's harming herself because it just looks like she has very little time for herself by resorting to putting 24 strangers' dicks in her mouth. It's not prudish to say that this is just grim.

That does not mean I agree even remotely with the awful things being said about her, or the incident being recorded and uploaded, or obviously the behaviour of the bitter, angry, woman-hating 4chan psychos. That should be a given to people who are familiar with my posts.

Its not "the norm" but it is just sex.

The only way this kind of thing will stop being a scandal is if we normalize sex to the point at which there's nothing "forbidden", "dirty" or "naughty" about it.

Plenty of things people do for fun wouldn't attract any scandal at all. A video of her playing snooker in the club against 24 men would be considered mundane. Until we manage to eradicate all shame around sex in this manner, it will continue to be "scandalous".
Blowjobs and playing snooker - not the same thing. I wouldn't like the world you'd like where sex is utterly meaningless.
That, by the way, does not mean I think people should only have sex with people they're in love with, or that they should "wait" (load of crap - if they want to jump someone five minutes after meeting them, more power to them) or even that they should fancy them (if the sensation alone is all they crave, best of luck to them) but sex as mundane as a game of snooker? No thanks.

To qualify - do you think it would have been okay if they had given her the holiday?

But to some people it is meaningless, that may be at odds with your views but is it right to ruin the girls life over it?

I dunno. Some days I think the internet is the dog's bollocks and some days I think it's a load of me hole.

A taste of the 4chan thread:
I've been following this since the story dropped cause #teamsperglordautismforinternetdrama. It's kind of crazy watching this explode in real time and seeing information turn into misinformation turn into half-true hybrids of information. Also, people are replacing her deleted social media sites (facebook/instagram/twitter) with fake ones using pictures of not her (as is the case with instagram) or pictures leaked into threads like these. It's just all very interesting to watch.

At the end of the day I'm fairly certain she is going to kill herself. I feel bad for her dad though... all the pictures that were public on his facebook before it went down were of her...
    Followed by:
So this girl was clearly very loved by her family. I thought that it was just girls who had daddy issues who turned into sluts.

That's ****ing heartbreaking. What a stupid little whore.

    It's f**cking disgusting carry on.

I don't think I'm ever gonna find the definition of sex to be "Sucking off 24 strangers for a few seconds for the chance of winning a holiday that the pub said was up for grabs".
The "no respect for herself" line assumes what self respect is, and what it is to other people.
    It's not an unreasonable assumption.
Food is good and important, but people talk about when people abuse food and become obese.
Alcohol and drugs are fun, but people talk about when they are abused and people become ill.
Exercise and losing weight for your health is great, but becomes a problem if people go too far and become underweight.

People can have an unhealthy attitude to anything that is usually positive - sex isn't exempt. And it's not prudish to acknowledge this.

    No I do not.

I think she was a tipsy or drunken stupid girl who was probably away on her first non family holiday and she got high on the attention and the promise of another hedonistic holiday. They used the holiday to both manipulate her and to humiliate her when they handed her a bottle of 3 quid for degrading herself for a lie and all had a good laugh at getting her to debase herself for nothing.

She was beyond stupid, but the club was at the very least exploitative and manipulative.

In fairness she said multiple times that it's not right. She's referring to the act itself and not all the hype.

Hang on now, just a minute. Were you not at all impressed by, say, the Rocket's 5-minute finish??

Where did I say it's right to ruin the girl's life over it?
I'm just saying it's not "just sex" - nothing more. Not once have I said it was ok to be a **** to her; I've got her back actually - I feel terrible for her.
    Can you define meaning?
    Not being bland and mundane.

The club is particularly vile. I've heard of a pub in the area where I live resorting to sh-t along those lines too. The exploitation of some kid's naivety for entertainment and ching-ching is depressing.

I wish people would stop making this about sex. Sex is a fun and pleasurable thing. This was an act of degradation and humiliation using a sex act as a means to that end. Not even a proper sex act, since the various penises were in contact with the girl for only seconds.

It was a parody of a sex act, and the aim was to humiliate the girl.

I'm not even reading that tbh. I still haven't seen the video. My heart really goes out to the poor girl.

At the end of the day, she didn't hurt anyone. Whether you believe the act itself was tacky or grand (it's irrelevant), she didn't deserve all this and if you believe she did, then you're an absolute arsehole of the highest order.

You could apply that to absolutely anything. It's crazy to insinuate me and other people thinking this girl could have more time for herself and not cave in to the club's awful agenda are prudes.

I'm 44. When I hear the term 'respect for herself', I'm reminded of the kind of crap that would fly around in the 80's and 90's, though unfortunately still today In some quarters.

Thats true. Most people are blaming the guys and the girls. I think that club deserves to get a huge fine or something.

A few years ago I was in a well known club for RAG week. The DJ was a disgrace. he was constantly telling(not asking) girls to get their tits out. Nobody would so he kept it up like a spoilt child. He would turn off the music and say he wouldn't continue the song unless someone flashed some tits. This went on for most of the night. Even most of the guys in the club were getting annoyed with him.
Eventually i think 1 or 2 did it and got free black t shirts

It doesn't make you a prude but nor does it make her a victim. She chose to do it as did the guys and what is the big deal really?

I didn't actually use that expression.
It's sexually repressive to pretend people are prudes when they're not too.

The club said it was for a prize. To give 24 guys a blowjob for a supposed prize really looks like having a pretty messed up view of oneself and of sex acts.

If she's done nothing wrong then what's the problem with people spreading the video? She obviously doesn't care about strangers seeing her.

You can agree with this post and also not think that she deserves to be deliberately target for abuse like the 4chan people did.

People seem to be reacting to it in the same manner as revenge porn thing or the expectation of privacy for most sex stuff its not the same at all.

It was a very public event with absolutely no expectation of privacy at all, in fact the opposite is the case.

Its horrible for her that the story blew up in the way it did but lets be clear, the whole point of this sort of cr@p is that its extremely public, she wasn't captured by some peeping tom in a darkened corner of the pub (I have only seen a few stills though), she entered a competition in a bar (presumably without any direct coercion apart from a load of attention, free booze and the promise of a holiday), its sleazy as fcuk but it was a public event designed for publicity everyone was over age and aware of what was going on.

You can feel sympathy for her in the fact that its gone viral and plastered on the front pages of news papers but the fact that it went public in the first place is a lot harder (it being an open event and all).
