Is there a pci tv capture card, that has the umph to capture to mpeg2/4 in realtime and also provides support for mpeg decoding during playback ?

Looking for such a card for a EpiaM9000
which apparently doesn't do a great job on high quality divx's. I'm not overly concerned about capturing to divx, I reckon that would need a p4 ? however capturing to mpeg2 in realtime (chops hand..realtime ) would be handy.

    Pinnacle DV500 can do it..
im not sure if they still sell it

it used to cost a couple of grand..

its a bitch of a card to configure, its longest PCI card you will ever see..

i have to build a full pc around it ,component wise and configuration wise...
non-acpi, direct irq assignments etc but
    good card..

i heard they came down to 500 euro
    as pinnacle selling new cards?
