Are we moving into the 80's with the TOTP Skid??....:D

I'll have to get the Bulmers out!....:p

Ah no, TOTP is still ploughing grimly through 1979.

Kasabian are doing a good job in fairness. Only hicup so far was Serge's guitar being way out of tune on Re-wired.

I know I'm going to sound like I'm harping on about Bryan Ferry but the only time I saw him was in the RDS in 1981 (or 2) and he was came on stage with exactly the same outfit....

I think he had a slightly smaller crowd....:)....

    Ah Happy Birthday Rick!!.....:)

I saw them in Galway a few weeks ago, crammed into the Seapoint Ballroom with about 500 people, this song blew the roof off the place.

I had an annual thing when I'd have a few beers and Glastonbury on the surround sound system, wife would be gone out and the neighbours too.

Now the problem is not so much the neighbours but the two kids upstairs in bed, hence the laptop and headphones.

Perfect timing, my laptop died at the end of their set, switched to the TV, it must be behind by about 10 minutes?

He was with them doing the same thing 4 years ago in the O2, I remember thinking at the time it was a bit of a spin for a few minutes stage time.

My wife was about 6 or 7 months pregnant with her at that particular Kasabian gig, looks like it paid off!

They'll disappear now for a minute or 2 and then there'll be an encore.

    Edit: maybe not?

This sounds weird but I don't like the lads, when in the midst of a great set, taking photos......how can you concentrate when you are in the middle of a great song/atmosphere.......:(....don't like....
