Can't post website links even though I have 100+ posts.

I still can't post website/youtube/picture links even though I have over the 50 required posts.....:-/ Is there a time limit now or has it been upped from 50?? :confused:

I also can't take a post from one thread and post it in another. Does the same rule apply? I have the option it just won't let me do it.
