    I'm down to 4.6 now. Nearly at my goal for the year already in what have been a great few months of scoring with consistancy for me. Mostly buffers with a 38,39 and a 41 last week scored.

    Just got the update from howdidido, I was cut from 16.0 to 14.5 for the competition then got another email cutting me to 12.5.

    So now I'm only 0.1 from hitting my target of knocking 8 shots from my handicap in 1 year. :):):)

    Run of .1's back due to the game being a bit sloppy :(

    Played with a lad off 4 last week and he gave me a few pointers which I can hopefully push on from. He made the game look so easy.

    Plan is continue to focus on reducing the handicap so new target would have to be single figures by end of year :)

    Had a run of bad form (due to not driving the ball well enough) but swapped back to my old driver on Saturday and was rewarded with 41 points for a .6 cut to 8.2 . Played in an open singles yesterday and hit another 41 for .8 cut to 7.4.

    Got down to 5 at one stage, now a member of Sievenamon, having started at 22. Spent about 3 yrs winning nothing, ready to rock now again, gonna get to 12 before I go mad again. Before anyone gives out about me being a bandit, Ive been an honest golfer. But just might win soon.

    I think you'll be hard pressed in getting anyone to bite, as you're obviously trolling, with a severe lack of imagination it must be said.

    A lot of guys reaching their goals is great! Big congrats to those of you who have dropped 3 or more shots. Shane, macker, nozebleed, denis, Seorg, Tones! (sorry if i missed anyone) :cool:

    Some people going the wrong way of their targets like FDP and back9bandit, both getting cut instead of getting the shots back that they targeted for. But still plenty of time for you guys to get back to where you want to be :D;)

    Should be down to 5.3 shortly after another cut from a society outing kicks in. After a run of 7 or 8 .1's back it's great to be getting cut again.

    Was a bit surprised to find my name down towards the end of the monthly medal list.

    Gross 87 and a Net 87.

    I'm a scratch golfer for the day! Golfnet also saying 0.0 is my exact handicap. Beat that.

    Nearly there. 4 over in the Scratch Cup in Limerick on Sunday gave me a .4 cut.

    Just on that, why would this not even be showing up on my away scores on golfnet yet?

    This is a positive , but you have to be off 5 or less to be in top 10,
