    They all seem to be free on the link you provided but when I go to install via the Amazon app store they all show up at full price.
    Maybe the promotion hasn't started yet
    Anyone else try?

    They're there alright.

    When you open the app store, swipe the 'today's free app of the day' to the left, and you'll see 'up to £100 free of paid ups free'

    Thanks op. Downloaded plex no problem. Clicked get app in the browser, then in the app I went to menu-my apps-cloud, clicked refresh and plex appears.

    I'm not using a Kindle, just an Android tablet. It says on the link in the op that it's free but when I swipe on the $100 free apps it doesn't appear, and when I go into Appstore it's €18.44.

    its just what amazon recognised as your android device. its a flaw, it was the only way to have the amazon app store on your phone. just change your settings to a uk address for the £100 free apps and you will be grand. get whatever app you wish and it is stored in your cloud, then go to the cloud and install them. Each day nearly I get the free apps so if ever I need them installed I can just grab them

    I was able to get some of the other apps, just not Office Suite.

    That link brings me to the link to download Office alright but when I click "get this app" it just brings me to a download page for Appstore which I already have. When I swipe on $100 free apps, most of the apps mentioned in the op are there but not Office. I have an Android phone, I'll try that and see what happens.

    have you checked which country you have a registered account with in amazon?
    Also the link i said works can be installed from your pc. did you try it that way?

    Curiouser and curiouser, downloaded and installed no problem on another Android tablet.

    OK' solved. It appears my tablet wasn't appearing in the list of Android devices. Why this should have made a difference or why it allowed me to download other apps is beyond me but once I synced it everything magically appeared.

    As mentioned earlier, just "purchase" them and leave them in the cloud until you can sign in on an Android device.
