2nd hand clubs?

    Hi.

    Have lost my sandwedge and gapwedge in last 2 weeks at my home club (and nobody handed them in!!) Anyone know where I could puck up a couple of cheapish or 2nd hand wedges-Callaway if possible. Im just not in position to spend couple o hundred on new ones and my set is quite old anyway.

    Your best bet would probably be adverts.ie for 2nd hand clubs.

    I know mcguirks had some offers on wedges at around the €70 mark. That'd be on their site afaik.

    Halpenny had taytormade atv wedges for 69 last weekend plus they have cheap benross and Wilson wedges. You are probably better off with cheaper new wedges than worn out grooves on second hand ones.

    Where are you based?
    The golf shop in Phibsborough, Dublin 7 had a few 2 weeks ago on offer from €25 onwards!

    Based in Drumcondra. Might give golfshop buzz in morn and pop down at lunch. If not ill head to airside after work and get something in mcgs or halpenny. As i say my set are few yrs old and if im playin anyway decent ill probably look at a new set next yr.

    I'm in Glasnevin. I have two Callaway wedges (54 and 58) which you can have for free. They really didnt suit me. If you want them, they're yours. Drop me an PM.
