Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Lol you can scrap the so far. Don't think there's going to be more calls until July now. Well done guys!! Bit of celebrating deserved I think. I'm going to drown sorrows with a big bar of chocolate and give myself a migraine lol :P

    I'm not totally convinced about that really, the previous intakes had a shorter time between the call and induction. Technically they could still do more calls!

    As far as I know there are around 40 in intake 1 and 30ish in intake 2.

    Yeah I've started going over the old online learning too, apparently the next lot of stuff is much more intense!

    Well that makes me feel a bit better. Seems from what's on mine that I'm not enrolled in that course yet? Might look again tomorrow and see, if it's the same I think I'll email them.

    Dont think you really get one to be honest. They will take things into consideration, though ultimately its part of the job.

    I think you get to give preferences (3 as far as I know), but it's districts rather than stations. That bit in the induction handbook where you had to put in personal circumstances you wanted them to take into account was for putting in the reasons you shouldn't be posted to the other side of the country!
