Mmoga - Fifa coins - not delivered

Any thoughts on why this might happen - my son set the account up yesterday, the time frame was 6 hours for delivery and still nothing has come in??? Should I be cancelling the payment?

sometimes the coins can take a while to come in while they actually farm them.
I always use eBay for FUT coins and only from stores that had good ratings.
Anytime I've bought them I've gotten my coins within 20 mins.
