Update flash in IE 11?

I regularly check & update Flash -Java etc in Firefox, however how can I do so in IE 11?

I'd go here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ from within IE. Untick the Chrome box if you don't want that

Different version numbers confused me!
v 11.7.700.224 IE
v 14.0.0.125 FF
