So this is the car I plan on buying which in SuperGurriers words has a "Rustic charm" to it:

This is one of the plans:

Alternatively, 18" M Parallels, M-Sport Front and Rear Bumpers.

I wouldn't bother me hole dude. It'll cost you more to put right than waiting for a decent facelift M-Sport.

    Plan A imo.

    Is it maroon?

For 200 ish-quid I disagree, at the very least it'll be a nice project for me to learn about the car until I upgrade to a better example. Only thing wrong with it atm is the ABS light is on which I think is just a sensor, a common problem on them and that the current owner fitted a spurious accelerator cable instead of a genuine one.

Tis Metallic Black, it'll come up nice I'd say with a few days worth of buffin/polishing.

I'd learn to drift in that man but that's about it, looks like its too late for her!

Bar the faded headlights it looks okay?

Hard to comment on what its like from a photo through a windscreen really.

They can look good with those bss style wheels. Just look out for green leather for an e39 and it'd be deadly :P

True, maybe the windscreen is making it look dead!
You can't lose at €200 anyway!!

To be honest, if I end up having to pump more into it than I think is worth it, I could probably sell it for a profit anyway.

The main problem is that it sat under trees for a while, leaving sap over pretty much all of it. It was a daily up until last year when the owner couldn't afford to run it anymore.

    Its definitely worth a punt.

Like you said, you could learn on it until you pick up a better example. Possibly even keep it for a parts car then?

Is this some new thing ?

Basically I was just out there driving. I'd consider it dark enough to have light on. The auto lights came on when I started the car. Yet in this dusk less than half of the cars had there light on. I know you can still physically see the cars but it's dark enough for lights to make a big difference to via ability.

Pretty much, the brother has a lockup that can hold a few cars so I have storage now anyway.

You've given me an awful form for one of those MGs. I love that engine and until you reminded me about them I didn't think it was available in a car that would work on the roads here.

Would it take a super charger and a set of coil overs?
    I'd be more interested then.

I've been playing GT6 all day, all I can think of is track times...

I've accepted people are naturally afraid of saabs :pac: besides i like doing it on my own, i learn as i go, my friend came down to help with it the other day, and split the exhaust in half in the centre

So i prefer working alone, when i know what I'm doing that is :P
