    Ah just had a frustrating check up with my hospital team this morning. Has me a little bit down in the dumps. I'll be grand - just need to get over the initial "ah feck" and focus on the positives. Unfortunately there are no real positives so that's a challenge, but I'm sure once I get over the shock (?) of the consultation, I'll be in better form.

    Nope. I have other meds that I could take but tbh it's my mind that's keeping me awake as much as the heat. It's in overdrive!

    Why they think it's okay to tell people "oh yeah go ahead, pick a house, we'll give you this much, go sale agreed, all is well no problem" and literally at the last minute pull the carpet out from under you and say no we've changed our minds, you cant have that. Why is it okay to mess people around like that?

    Sorry i know it's only meant to be 3words but i needed a little vent.
