Custom vinyl sticker printing (Where's best?)

I've tried Hackets but they quoted me €25-30 excluding some kind of extra charge, which I presume is a bulk price for one or more. Whilst I want to get this done, I'm not willing to pay that amount for a single sticker. Anyone know somewhere in Dublin where I could get this done with out having to pay for a bulk price?

Any sign shop can should be able to do this for you.
