In Brazil, they don't kick balls..

A global and multi-stakeholder meeting took place in Sao Paolo, about the future of Internet Governance. Results had shown that international control over internet activity needs to be strengthened, and that it is a key factor and main means in order to stop the illegal operations of NSA.

However, the reform that had been proposed, seems to be as much as a trick, as the NSA reform over the US was.. This, as it does not seem to bring any real fundamental changes to the current situation, and aim is to soften up the critics and voices in our post-Snowden era.
