Hi my spouse just started claiming jsa last week. He has a part time job which is two days a week. We receive this slip to fill out every week and post it to social welfare office. We are wondering when do we post it? If he works every wednesday and tuesday. Do we post it after he's done with his work for that particular week? Coz on the slip it says june 11, 2014- june 17, 2014. The day hasn't arrive yet but he already knows his schedule for that week. Can we post it earlier than the 17th? or we need to wait for the 17th of june to come before we post this slip?

Yes, it fine to post it early, just make sure it's signed by employer.

It's the yellow slip. There's no part where the employer needs to sign something. It's just his signature and date. Plus the "x" that he needs to mark in for unemployed days.

Sorry, there is new dockets out now where the employer has to sign a section..... you may get them in the next batch of dockets you get.
