Who likes Rock The Boat? I love it, but it seems not everybody does. Nothing like sitting on a sticky floor waving your arms about flailingly to get the juices rolling.:)

It's the pits. Usually done when you're at a rubbish do in some run down rugby club. The sign of a woeful night.

If I tried the whole wavey arm dance I'd fall out of my boat so I don't like humming that song while I'm paddling.

    Rock the boat? Cool?
I dunno Lizzie? And as for listening to it...nah!
Its made for flinging yourself on a dirty floor with total strangers, very late at night and flailing all over the place :)

    I'm a child of the 70s. :)

Back in the day that song was pretty much on the radio 24/7.

DJs who play GAA club wedding/communion/21st parties have the easiest job in the world, play the same godawful sh1te that every other party in the same vein has had. Grease, ABBA megamix, whatever novelty song is popular at the time, more ABBA, bonus points for awfulness if Sweet Caroline and New York New York are played.

    This!

Btw - the last wedding I was at where they played Rock the Boat, one of the ladies had one if hers 'pop out'. No one told her until the song was over. She looked like she was enjoying herself so all left her to it :)

Worst thing that can happen on a night out! Despise it..if ever there was a better reason to leave the dance floor extremely quickly
