campervan seats/belts

Does anyone know the law regarding seatbelts etc for the back of the campervan. Is it different on the continent than Ireland.

As far as i know there is supposed to be seatbelts for anyone in the back of the camper while it is moving. It's not like a car where you have to have a belt on each seat. I have 6 seats in the back but only 4 belts.
