MMA classes gorey/enniscorthy/wexford

    Just wondering if there is any MMA beginners. classes in the SE wexford area. Cheers

    Hey Spudy I just saw your post there now. Did you happen to get sorted with a club ?
    I train out of Arena in Wexford town. There is a good level of Bjj and Mma in the club. Training is on Monday Wednesday and Friday at 7.00

    Hey.
    Nah didn't get sorted. Is there any beginners classes during the day? I'm in kilmuckridge so just takin getting home into account.

    No unfortunately the classes are only on in the evenings. I know there are classes in Gorey as well but they are also on in the evenings. But it might be a little closer to you.

    Ah cool. Where in gorey do they train MMA? Cheers for your help btw.

    I think it's over the Wrx gym. Look up team caveman on Facebook. They do Mma, Judo and Bjj. A lot of the guys up there are fairly new and the club itself isn't going that long but the chap that runs it is a great guy. I used to train with him and a few of the other lads.
