Coating for steel deck lawnmower

I've just bought a new lawnmower. It has a steel deck, and of course it will be prone to rust. I'd like to coat the underside before I use it to extend its life. Is there a special paint or coating on the market that would be particularly effective. All recommendations welcome.

get underbdy sealer from a motor factors,think it comes in a aerosol now, give it a few coats.

Thanks for that. I wouldn't have thought of that, I was locked into paint and uncertain!
