    Just to see if the value has completely gone out of the market or if there are any bargains to be had out there.

    I think so.

    It would have been a nice idea. i wish i had thought of the thread a year or 2 ago when you could get a 4 bed semi in foxrock for 20 cent and a snickers bar.

    Why don't you set a benchmark and stick one up?
