Have you ever come home from a night out wearing clothes that aren't yours?

Or have you ever lost any articles of clothing on a night out?

    • One time I was very drunk walking home up my street and I spotted a leather jacket hanging up on some railings. Decided I absolutely must try it on, then I woke up the next morning wearing it in bed. It was an awful battered, dirty thing, so in the end I put it back that morning on the railings from whence it came.
    • Another morning I was walking to work and found a pile of neatly folded clothes at the side of the road with a banana placed on top. Always wondered what exactly had happened the night before.
    • I've told this story before, but a mate of mine turned up at 5 aside football one time in a manky yellow GAA jersey. Turns out he drunkenly robbed it from the bedroom floor of a girl he had a one night stand with.

So folks have ye any stories about losing clothes or coming home with extra clothes from a drunken night out?

No, but I once got in a row with a loon who tore my suit jacket. Got some funny looks in the queue for the nightlink.

No. If it doesn't have my name written on either the label or the inside of the collar, I know it can't be mine.

    Myself?

Erm, found a jacket on a night out.. I thought I may have a few quid for myself. But it only had a used condom in the pocket.. Did not want! So I left it were it was..

Ayia Napa about 10 years ago, went on a boat party (cant remember leaving it) next thing I remember Im in a nightclub with 1 shoe on, and my mates said I left the boat with 1 shoe...Stayed out all night with 1 shoe though, 1 foot was very sore the next day

Came home last week with a girls jacket that I had pulled, took hers and left mine on her floor, awkward going around the next day to swap it back

I never lose articles of clothing, expect for baseball hats. I have had to stop buying baseball hats because I simply can't hold on to them.
Toques, fine - baseball hats, gone with the wind.

    Yeah a few times.

Came home with a pair of high heels on one night, swapped my shoes with some random girl in Temple Bar.

Was in a casino in Dublin, pissed, played roulette with a few die hard gamblers. Left completely broke, one of the aul lads insisted that I wear his cardigan home. That was weird.

Used a traffic cone for a hat one night, does that count?

I left a club once after being unable to find my jacket and saw a guy outside wearing it. I went up to him and said "Sorry, I think that's my jacket", he was caught red-handed but pretended it was a mistake -it was awkward and obvious what he did, but I went along with it because I just glad to have my jacket back.

I have no idea why anyone would steal someones stuff in a club; And be dumb enough to hang around afterwards.

I 'found' a lovely black leather 'Lee' jacket in a club one night. It fitted me perfectly. Had it for a long time afterwards.
