Want to get surround sound as a gift, no clue where to start!

    Hi All,

    I will preface this by saying that I have a decent grounding in technology, but I have no clue when it comes to playstations/projectors etc!

    I want to get a surround sound system for my partner. He has a projector. It's fairly new. I think it is an Epson one, only bought around February/March.

    He also has a PS3. I want to get a surround sound system or a sound bar for him. He would mostly use it for gaming and probably the odd film. I have a budget of up to 150 or so. The room itself is small enough, which makes me think a sound bar is a better option but as mentioned, I have no clue about this.

    Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
