Course Fee for Limerick College €500 - Covered by Social Welfare?

I have just become unemployed and I am claiming unemployment benefit & I've been accepted to a course in September with Limerick college.. The course fee is €500.. Is this covered by social welfare? Thanks..

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me?
