Name of long grasses outside Avoca in Rathcoole

Can anyone tell me the name of the grass. I'm thinking of getting some for my back garden. I think it makes a soothing noise, when the wind blows through it.

It's a brown grass.

Sounds like stipa gigantea, try googling it and see.

Or
Carex testaceae

Thanks. I may go up and have a look at it again.Might take a photo of it. After looking at a heap of photos there, I can't remember what it looks like.
