I am thinking of buying a McCulloch M53-190WF: http://www.mcculloch.com/ie/products/lawn-mowers/m53-190wf/ However a friend of mine has one of these as well and has a lot of difficulty starting it. He has also had it serviced but with no resolution. The salesman told me that it is most likely to do with the spark plug but…

The salesman told me that it is most likely to do with the spark plug but considering it was serviced and replaced - then it might be something else.

Anyone else have similar issues with one of these

it dosent say what engine it is ..... can you find out what engine it is and ill give you some more info

It is a briggs & stratton but not to worry - got a different one in the sale in Homebase last weekend.
