How d you fix semi-cirlce gutter to greenhouse wall?

Hi, I want to fix a length of semi-circle guttering to the wood in the frame of a greenhouse I'm building What is the proper way to do this? (apart from gaffa tape / cable ties, my usual solution to almost everything)

You can buy clips to hold it on? Something like..
