I've used Magpul E-mags, MAG stanag, and King Arms VN box mags without issue.

Do they fit well? I have found that some brands are a bit loose and tend to fall out

Not had a problem with any of the above. I might suggest however that if mags are falling out, it's because you're moving your hand back off the grip and hitting the mag release .... It's been known to happen and I did it on occasion for a while when first using the tavor.
