    Motorway Rules

    people driving on 'L' plates.
    No L Drivers.

I got full licence, and my partner on Learners.
I sometimes drive my partners car with an 'L' board. (it seems to be glued to it when we bought it, so not easy to remove when not needed)

    when I drive in motorway,
can a guard can stop and say I am misleading others plus wasted his time?

rule doesn't say 'Only Full driving License' drivers.
    but say No 'L'

Not an offense in Ireland, but it is an offense to display an "L" plate when you are not an "L" in the UK.
