Rental properties D4 & D6

Just having a look at the property pages and always marvel at houses to rent in Dublin 4 & 6, 3/4k a month, does anybody know the turnover on these properties? as surly if you have massive mortgage to pay back one of these you can't afford to be missing out on the 3/4k a month for to long.

Normally they turn over every 2-3 years with a void period of 5 to 7 days (enough time to reprint). However in this market the void period might be shorter.
