Need to do a RMA on a PSU to California.

Which courier would be recommend to use based on cost and security of delivery of the item?

Any advice based on past experience would help.
    Thanks.

    Try this

I had to ship some speakers back to the UK and that was the only way I could get a remotely economical option. The big names (FedEx, DHL) were just crazy expensive.

Thanks for the tip. Used AnPost before but that was to Europe but they are still cheaper than the big name couriers.

    Are Nightline delivers reliable?

I can't say anything about Nightline, I've never used them. I used parcelconnect for my shipment and there were no problems. They seemed pretty small-time but it was cheap.

Well PSU has been shipped so will see if it was value for money over the coming weeks.

Spent hours trying to figure out the FCC ID plus Trade Name as the PSU wasn't originally made by OCZ so had to find the original manufacturer but not definite if the ID I entered is correct.

The FCC Form 740 for US importation, need a book on how to complete it!

Let me know how that goes for you. I've always wondered if it's worth doing RMA to the US. Did you go with Nightline in the end?

Well the RMA went well, unit return time was about 2 weeks and delivered without a problem with Nightline. Worth using them over the more expensive couriers.

    Thanks, glad to hear that.
