Hi, I signed up for efibre at the end of August last year. I work in IT, and I know for certain that I selected your unlimited package, because I would have needed it for work.

I just happen to look at one of my bills recently, and see that I am under a different plan that isn't unlimited. I checked back through my emails and see that the confirmation I received said that I had signed up for the 'Advanced' 30GB limit, but this definitely wasn't what I selected. I have ended up with hundreds of euros of excess charges.

I can see now that other eircom users have fallen into this same trap aswell.

I can only guess that there was something wrong with your website around that time. Please will someone look into this. Thanks.
